Returns & Exchanges


All Drop Ship Superstore orders are final sale, there are no returns or exchanges on any items ordered. 

Why No Returns or Exchanges?

The Drop Ship Superstore maintains the lowest prices it can while maintaining the highest level of service making our profit margins very small. Implementing a return program through us would create an expensive and cumbersome process that would increase our prices and potentially lower our overall service levels. 

We also do not want to be in contact with your customer or establish a point of familiarity that would allow them to know who we are and how to get in contact with the Drop Ship Superstore. Each drop shipping retailer offers their own return and exchange policy and represents each products in different ways. If you would like to offer returns or exchanges to your customers, develop your policies and have them return products to your own mailing address. You can then resell the item.


You may cancel your order only if your order has not shipped.  Once your order has been shipped and picked up by the shipping company, cancellations are not allowed as we no longer have the package.  The Drop Ship Superstore will make every attempt to facilitate a cancellation request, however, once your order is shipped and picked up, no order cancellation is possible. 

"Refused" or "Incorrect Addresses"

 All refused and / or incorrect address packages are subject to the following:

  1. Shipping charges are NOT refundable 
  2. A restocking fee of 30% shall be applied to the order.

NOTE:  If a package is returned for address deficiencies, shipping charges will have to be charged again. We ship to the exact address that is entered by you so please take extra care when entering the shipping address.
